(Start on a path to Lake Highwater), INVENTORY (carrying a pamphlet,
fishing pole, dollar bill, thermos, tackle box containing fishing
knife, a cheese ball and weights), READ PAMPHLET (fishing pole
instructions), EXAMINE DOLLAR BILL, EXAMINE TACKLE BOX, EXAMINE
KNIFE, EXAMINE CHEESE BALL (bait!), EXAMINE SMALL WEIGHT, EXAMINE
MEDIUM WEIGHT, EXAMINE LARGE WEIGHT, EXAMINE LINE, EXAMINE HOOK.
W (into Bob’s Fish ‘n’ Bait store), EXAMINE BUCKET (normally holds
worms for bait but is empty), EXAMINE BOB, ASK BOB ABOUT BAIT (sorry
they are out of worms), BUY CAMERA (has only one shot), EXAMINE
CAMERA, EXAMINE PLASTIC RECEPTACLE (where disposable cameras are
placed so their films can be developed), E, EXAMINE MOUND (of dirt),
EXAMINE ROCK, GET ROCK, EXAMINE THERMOS (closed), OPEN THERMOS, LOOK
IN THERMOS (contains coffee), POUR COFFEE ON DIRT, GET WORM, EXAMINE
WORM.
N (Lake Highwater), EXAMINE PIER, EXAMINE LAKE, ATTACH ROCK TO LINE,
PUT WORM ON HOOK, CAST LINE (into lake), WAIT (keep waiting a random
number of times until you are pulled into the lake and see “The Old
One” with a gold bracelet around it’s tail), POINT CAMERA AT FISH,
PRESS BUTTON, DROP POLE, U (lake shore), S, W (Bob;s Fish ‘n’ Bait
store), PUT CAMERA IN RECEPTACLE.
CONGRATULATIONS
Things to try for your amusement:
Swearing. Swearing in front of Bob.
XYZZY? (and in front of Bob)
Going east from the path to lake.
Asking Bob about the pictures. Taking a picture of Bob.
Kissing, killing, giving objects, showing objects to Bob or The Old
One.
Ordering Bob or The Old One to do something.
Saying hello to Bob or The Old One.
Fishing with the cheese ball.
Fishing without bait (try several times).
At different depths use different weights, instead of the rock.
Drinking the coffee or the lake.
Eating the cheese ball, the worm, the birds, the deer, the ducks.
Cutting the line with the knife.
Casting the line in front of Bob.
Taking a picture of something other than The Old One.
Taking more than one picture.
